I just finished the second group project with my team on this Wednesday, and it is also the last assessment for bcm303 in this semester. After I have experienced the first group project with my teammates, we were aware of the weaknesses for our previous presentation. Firstly, we think that Discord might be not the best option for our presentation. It is more convinient to share our screen and some extra content on Zoom, Zoom is also a platform which is more formal for professional meeting.

We did realize that there were too much of reading for us and we should write less content on the scripts, so we decide to add more interaction between each of presenter. For the second presentation we have change the mode of group presentation into interview, we think it is more interesting for audiences to watch.

For my own task in Island project, my job is to interact with the audiences in the chat and also ask some question that we prepared for them. Last time I was also one of the presenter in the presentation but it is kind busy for Savannah to type the question to the chat and presenting at the same time. Our group decide to let one person focus on Zoom chat to make a better communication with audiences because we have enough content for our presentation.

However, after we finished the presentation I think there are lots of things that I can do for this project. Right now I am living in the country which got the most population in the world(China), this is a perfect motivation for me to move to Island because it is not enjoyable to travel to tourist attractions in China . Many of people in China would go to travel with their family/friend, most of famous tourist attractions in China will be so crowd during long holiday. I think it is a really good idea for me to play a role of a Chinese tourist who is really interested with Island, Island would be a perfect place for me to live and relax myself because the population is lower and it would be enjoyable for me to live there. Maybe I can do a short interview with Tanya so I can do a face reveal(For my role in Island project, I don’t need to show my face because I will only need to pay attention to the live chat)

During the studying experienced in this semester, we were overcame many difficulties such as make a project in different countries and the problem with time difference. I really want to thank my teammates again for consider the time difference for me, it is really a shame that we couldn’t make this project in person otherwise I believe our project will be better. I think it is necessary for me to improve my English skill as much as possible to make a better communication with my teammates in the future. I won’t forget for what I have experienced during the period of remote study.
