“Medium is the message”, said by Marshall McLuhan ,it is also the topic of week 3. With the times goes by, medium actually changed people’s life and society. People used to transmit information by telling each other, because we didn’t have a platform to transmit message.However, when newspaper come out, people can know what is happen to this world. Medium brings great conveniences for people. Afterwards,with the developing technology, we got more and more platform to transmit message such as radio, television, and Internet which really changed the whole world.We have to admit when electronic media appears, it is accelerate the development of human society.

Marshall McLuhan is a great person, McLuhan’s word made people begin to attach importance to the influence of media. Until now, McLuhan’s theory let us have a deeper understanding to the essence of medium.
